Hi Mansour,
As you noticed the project currently is a bit dormant. I am getting
closer to be able to invest time to go through the issues and after
that get a final release out the door. After that the plan is to move

do some changes on the PlatformImplBase#processChange for
the AddIndexChange objects to also create the unique constraint on the
databases that support contraints.
What do you think about that?

Was the log4j compile time dependency in DatabaseTaskbase intentional or
accidental ? All the rest
of the code doesn't use log4j directly.

I got a long way with integrating firebird, though still some tests are failing.

Hi Tom,
First of all : happy new year :)
Wasn't a real good ending for me, since I was bound to bed with the flue, but

About the new year : we need to set the copyright year to 2006 on at least the

Hi (in specific Tom),
I have some questions / observations.
1) Should a maven2 plugin live in the ddlutils source tree ? I think it can
btw, preferrably in a seperate source tree, to make sure we don't add too much
dependencies to the main codebase.. :).
2) We still need to setup a wiki

One last issue comes to mind : It's going to be hard to cut a release with just
you having a binding vote and even when my vote would be legally binding (by
being on the PMC), we are still 1 binding vote short...
Don't actually know if my vote is binding, just because I am a Jakart PMC

Java Persistence and JDO have a huge synergy with DdlUtils. If you use
