oops on thecus n2100

I have a thecus n2100 which has recently started oopsing. I've attached a copy of the oops to the end of this email, but I really don't know what it means. There are two disks in the box (one 2T and one 640G) and I run dirvish for backups on them, so there is a fair amount of disk activity
