Hi !
This bug may be related to #366843.
When configuring, apache fails in postinst with error 10.
Here is the end of sudo /usr/share/debconf/frontend sh -xv
/var/lib/dpkg/info/apache.postinst configure :

Which version did you upgrade from?
Not sure, but I usually track testing (but sometimes use sid also).
You'll have a version of dpkg that logs package
installations/upgrades/removals in /var/log/dpkg.log then.

Hi Daniel, Kel and all the others,
I'm using the init.d script from Russell Stuart[1], to start my

In my eyes starting a deamon over init.d is the best way, but I hope

I just ran into a situation where fail2ban could not add a rule for

other ports, so I ended up with several dozens

It would be good if logtail supports locking.
I can't add locking in the script that parses the output from logtail, because

the workaround as proposed by Joe Drew
(LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/usr/lib/debug:${LD_LIBRARY_PATH}), works for me to
survive the crash reported in #364907.
so the 2 bug reports really seem to describe the same problem.
unfortunately that is still no fix
