I confirmed this behavior by using the X forwarding of SSH to my KVM
server. It allowed me to properly select the ISO file when virt-manager
is running local. I like Karl's idea of removing the file path check.
It's a simple workaround until someone implements a more elegant solution.

- system has debuginfo for running kernel,
- system has kprobes (and some other things) enabled in running kernel,
- it is possible to load kernel modules.
