over tabs-vs-spaces if you just copy his patch directly. Adding this file into

It is possible to create a transitional package that doesn't fail this
Policy requirement; e.g., by making /usr/share/doc/gaim-otr a symlink to
/usr/share/doc/pidgin-otr.
