Scratch that bug. It seems to be a misconfiguration on the Debian mirror,
where the Advertised IPv4 address did not work. So aptitude is working

Just do -d instead of -t alsa and it will pick the output device
automatically.
I would structure it like this:
If nothing is passed to -b then use -d in sox, and -o is ignored.
If an option is passed to -b then use it,
reassign 587130 python-urlgrabber 3.9.1-1
retitle 587130 python-urlgrabber: missing dependency on pycurl
affects 587130 osc

Anyway,... the default bootloader is now grub2, and I guess it was
even discusse in the meantime to completely drop lilo from Debian.
