When importing a new upstream tarball, I frequently forget to pass
--upstream-vcs-tag=vX.Y.Z .
It would be ideal if import-orig had an option upstream-vcs-tag-pattern
akin to upstream-tag, or add pattern support to upstream-vcs-tag.
