Actually I found the __cxxabi_config.h in libc++abi-dev package ( 3.7.0-1
), and I installed libc++abi-dev. But it could not be found automatically
by /usr/include/c++/v1/cxxabi.h.
If I set CXXFLAGS += /usr/include/libcxxabi then it did work. So my bug

as discussed, I reverted the if-*.d/ calling in git now. I replaced it
with a focussed (although admittedly a bit hackish) helper unit to
update resolvconf from networkd for now, and this will be completely
inert if you don't use resolvconf.

LO uses only the headers so it's indeed ok to have no dependency. And also to not rebuild it as it was already checked to still build.
