I was teaching a testing/autopgktest workshop yesterday and pwgen was
one of the suggested example packages. I realized you are also upstream,
so I went a bit further today and integrated the tests into the build
Beside forcing a switch to systemd (or systemd-tmpfiles if the admin knows
about this option, which is not given in any messages), this wrong
dependency also makes Required packages non-installable on:
* hurd
* kfreebsd
* musl ports (prepared by helmut as a part of rebootstrap, and by others)

I was able to successfully build your branch in my Ubuntu PPA for at
least some of the architectures. I was able to use GNOME Builder 43
(latest preview build) and Epiphany 43 Beta which both require webkit
2.37.1. GNOME Builder used the new 5.0 API (gtk4) and Epiphany used
4.1 (gtk3 + libsoup3).
