This will allow building git package without changes for Dyson [1]
By default git build system sets them as
uname -o prints Solaris, and I don't feel ready to experiment with

there are few other packages which unconditionally link to libintl,

The reason is that conffile processing takes place after
unpacking all non-conffiles, so for hardlinks to conffiles you hit the
ENOENT bug. If a file is both a conffile and a hardlink in the package,
it is treated as the latter.

README is to be included in package (not to be excluded),
but into one location, but all other files are to go into another
