Is there any reason to keep the beep? For anything but server installations
this is really annoying, so I would opt for just removing it completely (see
attached patch).

Package: gedit
Version: 3.0.0-1
Severity: normal
Hi,
I am using GNOME 3 from experimental.
If I add an external tool in gedit, assign a shortcut to it and set Save to
Nothing, everything works as expected: When I use the shortcut, it is
executed and its output is shown in the bottom panel.
This patch from
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=508986#c27
fixed the problem for me with icedove-3.1.7.

The rtl8187se driver also seems to be missing. My Realtek 8187SE does
not work with the rtl8187 driver and thus is unusable with
linux-image-2.6.33-2-amd64.
