I've recently upgraded t-coffee after a longish discussion with Hamid
(in CC) who found out that t-coffee should switch off optimisation
(which is also the case in the binaries provided upstream).
Seems there are other issues with latest upstream.

in bug #1017752 a
FTBFS on mipsel: virtual memory exhausted: Cannot allocate memory
is reported. This remains for the new upstream version I've just
uploaded to experimental[1]. Do you see any chance to fix the memory
constraint for the autobuilder VM? If not I'll remove

This is fixed in Git. Unfortunately the new version is in NEW since 4 months
and I do not want to fiddle around with this package. A fix will be uploaded
with source-only upload once the package is finally accepted.
