The problem is that dba_fetch in php reads case sensitive, while the e-mail
addresses in keys in some db files used by ddpo are mixed case. The solution

I see that developer.php on quantz currently chooses the color by comparing the
package version with the upstream-version in dehs.db without using uscan (so
without using dversionmangle). The solution is to add information in dehs.db
about the comparison by uscan
Or, a different approach could be to modify developer.php (developer.wml) to
skip the use of maintainers.txt when the value given for the login= parameter
appears to be a full e-mail address, maybe even limited to @debian.org e-mail
