I'm sorry I don't know how to provide a patch, but here are the simple
things you can do to provide crisp backgrounds for 4k (3840x2160)
high resolution displays:
1. For each of the themes
1.1. In thier "image"
Simply applying the latest updates from testing (such as php
5.6.0~rc2+dfsg-1 and owncloud 6.0.4+dfsg-1) fixed this bug for me. No
other actions, such as upstream tarballs or database purging, were
necessary.

work since the /usr/share/dbconfig-common/data files aren't present in
the package (as pointed out by Luigi)?
