Hi László, I had the same issue on three partitions after upgrading to jessie, none of them curretly shared with any OS: sometimes refusing to mount, sometimes mounting but ls says input/output error .
Installed the version of ntfs-3g in testing (1:2015.3.14AR.1-1), as you said. It works fine now. Please let me know If you need any data. I'll be happy to help. Thank you. Emilio.
