Thanks for sharing Martin. In 1.3 I had all the directories defined correctly, but we made a bunch of changes and I thought I fixed all of the directories in 1.4, but you are correct, the localstatedir SHOULD be /var/lib/kea, which should be created during the install. I will take a look over the
