iptables --insert --source localhost ...
is currently creating duplicate entries.
I believe this is because of a problem in gethostbyname(localhost) that
returns duplicate answers.

postrm purge tests -x /usr/bin/ucf before rm these files.

While I agree there is a problem with missing log directory repporting - see

creating this directory automatically would be wise.
