Here's a quick update. I put in some work getting the package completely
clean and getting it in good shape for upload.
I uploaded it to mentors.debian.net, and it got rejected. The basis for
the rejection was licensing, since the package that Adnan originally put
together included the PNG
After discussing this package with my sponsor, we have decided to
defer it to Wheezy+1

There's a depencency on ubiquity-casper, not sure how necessary it is.
It depends on plymouth and upstart bits that are uninstallable.
