Bug#462013: ktoon development has stopped

Hi all. Last week I wrote to ktoon upstream developer asking for help to solve this bug. Unfortunatelly, the news are not as good as I expected: the development is frozen because of the lack of funds. That is the reason why ktoon is getting more and more incompatible with recent Qt versions.
