was the problem.

breaks the pts-tetex-cm-super.postint script at line 6. It can't then
find the cm-super.t1c within
Does LyX explicitly compile a dependency against freetype 2.1.x? Does
it map fonts against fonts.conf where it looks up your user defined font
references/family names, so on and so forth or does it compile with a
dependency against type1 fonts via X11?
