I had this bug reproduced this morning. I have a script that runs
duplicity against different directories. the first few directories went
ok, but the last ones failed. Each of the directories have 78 revision
in their chain, complete with diffs and sigs.

i had to manually umount the cdrom (automounted by gnome-volume-manager)
before attempting to 'erase the entire disc'. i guess it would help if
nautilus-cd-burner was trying to umount the device before blanking it.

2.6.12-1-powerpc64 kernel (see 323724). The problem disappear when
running 2.6.11-power4-smp (a 32bit kernel).
