Sorry, I was too quick.
The bug still exists, even with the patch. It just wasn't triggered by
my testcase anymore. See the Bugzilla bug for more info.
A workaround for this problem is to revert commit
081a9d043c983f161b78fdc4671324d1342b86bc.
