I am also seeing a similar issue on 5.9-1 on ubuntu, on ARM. resolving the
reboot loop remotely was fun :-). it seems similar to Bug#32547
i get:

but, a normal ping works fine

could the issue be to do with strictness in content type?
The xml document must be served with a content-type that the browser thinks is xml:
text/xml, application/xml or ends in +xml (per the XMLHttpRequest spec). If it's not,

Any program playing a sound will hang after a few seconds. I have tried
rhythmbox, ogg123 and aplay with ogg and wav. Sound worked fine in etch.

I am using Ubuntu 5.10, but I believe that this bug has come
