From what I understand, the latest fabric does not depend on paramiko at
all but rather a paramiko fork (successor by the fabric developers,
not in debian it would seem) and we patch fabric to use paramiko
instead, which does not have all the stuff in the fork.

Building zeroc-ice33 for amd64 on etch (backporting to etch) does not
work. The HAVE_LIMITS patch seems to choke as limits.h only includes
bits/wordsize.h (where __WORDSIZE comes from) for gcc versions = 2 and
thus IceUtil/Config.h fails to detect the 64 bit
any plans to fix this for stable release as well?
