cacti still skips non ASCII chars in grap's titles, but this is server's locale

Hi,
it is not only cosmetic problem. I can't reboot machine as root from
terminal emulator (kde4 konsole). The system hangs with black screen.
Rebooting from GUI works.
Adding quote solve this.
