Under GNURadio companion (Debian 12), I want to use the "RFNoC Graph (Device)"
block.

You also need to add python-qwt5-qt as a dependency (or just python-qwt5-qt,
because python-qt4 is already a dependency of python-qwt5-qt). And now
gr_filter_design is working.

Dear maintainer,
I was able to launch the filter design tool manually, and here is the error
message: "Please install PyQt4 to run this script
(http://www.riverbankcomputing.co.uk/software/pyqt/download)".
It seems that this is only a dependency problem: gnuradio in Stretch has a
dependency
