It's https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8262085 - fixed in openjdk 17. Can you please backport it to openjdk-11 in order to solve this bug? JOSM is heavily impacted by it, we receive a lot of bug reports. Thanks, Vincent
