Hi Team!
Having a look at [1] [2] and [3], it becomes clear that upstream won't fix
the extension compatibility for GNOME 42+.
Meanwhile, the GNOME project has merged in its code some kind of
management for volume mixers so this extension has become less
important.
Thus, please, remove the {source,binary} packages from the archive.
