Hi Christian, New versions of po-debconf/intltool-debian have been uploaded into experimental. You can add #flag:partial before __Choices to tell po2debconf that partial translations are allowed. Full documentation is in po-debconf(7). Some internal routines have been modified, so I will add unit tests to make sure that nothing is broken, and then upload po-debconf 1.0 to unstable.
