It would be great if you could offer a zabbix-proxy-sqlite package.
I'm maintaining three proxies here and need to set up and maintain
a full-blown MySQL or PostgreSQL database. As the proxy is just storing
data for the few seconds (normally)

I confirm that adding support for sqlite is a good thing (tm). I have to
admit that we (as the zabbix Debian maintainers) don't have enough time to
really do more than bug fixing on this package, though.
I still use zabbix on my production systems, so I'm interested in
