Including a file with WML's embedded code copy of txt2html (e.g. with
"<perl>&wml_fmt_text({ FILE => 'demo.txt' });</perl>") fails with
"$* is no longer supported at /usr/lib/wml/exec/wml_aux_txt2html line 1520."
So the exmbedded code copy of txt2html is no more compatible with
current versions of Perl and therefore now should be removed finally.
(Compare with changelog entry of 2.0.8-10.)
Hint: a full example file which suffices to reproduce the error is
