Based on Faheem’s report, even with the patches, test 7300 manages to confuse fakeroot and is missing the POSIXPERM marker. Apparently the mingw port copes using a workaround added in v1.5.5-rc0~69 (Fix test for cleanup failure in t7300 on Windows, 2008-03-04), so that the true prerequisite is POSIXPERM|CANNOT_UNLINK_OPEN_FILES. Thus it seems that the series needs a little more cooking (ideally upstream, of course). I’ll ping you when it seems ready for experimental. Thanks, both.
