Package: checkpolicy Version: 2.0.21-1 Severity: normal A snippet from the powerpc [0] build log:
| echo Checking libs | Checking libs | xtra=$(/bin/sh debian/common/checklibs); if [ -n "$extra" ]; then echo "Extra libraries: $extra"; exit 1; fi | xargs: file: No such file or directory | xargs: file: No such file or directory | xargs: file: No such file or directory | objdump: 'a.out': No such file | ====== making target debian/stamp/BUILD/checkpolicy [new prereqs: do-pre-build-arch checkpolicy]====== This also happens on ather buildds like armel [1]. The file command seems to be used without depending on it. The build does not fail, not sure how important it is. The mipsel buildd [2] has "file" allready in its chroot so no failure there. Could this be consistent? Please depend on file if it is required or drop its usage :) [0] https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?&pkg=checkpolicy&ver=2.0.21-1&arch=powerpc&stamp=1270448128&file=log [1] https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?&pkg=checkpolicy&ver=2.0.21-1&arch=armel&stamp=1270553897&file=log [2] https://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?&pkg=checkpolicy&ver=2.0.21-1&arch=mipsel&stamp=1271053122&file=log Sebastian -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to debian-bugs-dist-requ...@lists.debian.org with a subject of "unsubscribe".
