please close this RC bug.
I can confirm, since ppp 2.4.5 network-manager mobile broadband is working.
Up-to-date Squeeze/Testing.

I carefully read the #592444 bug log: it sums up as it works with ppp 2.4.5
but
fails with earlier versions.
Now that ppp 2.4.5-4 is in testing (one month ago), is this bug still valid ? I
mean, there are no explicit breaks, but if the user has its squeeze uptodate,
it should work,
