If the group caching fail to cache the primary group of the locally
created user, libpam-mklocaluser will block the local user from

when does the group caching fail? If that happens frequently I think
this bug should be serious.
I do not know. The caching in this case was done by sssd, and I have
not been able to reproduce it. So this fix make the problem non-fatal
if the user is already created, but is
