Package: ftp.debian.org Severity: normal Please update the lintian installation on ftp-master to 2.5.1. This version makes the arch specific overrides actually usable (there was a bug in 2.5.0 which makes lintian ignore such overrides). Being able to use package [i386]: overidden-tag would make maintaining nvidia* and probably other things easier.
Thanks. Also, is it possible to add a small comment header to http://ftp-master.debian.org/static/lintian.tags describing the meaning of non-fatal and fatal? E.g. # 'fatal' tags cause autoreject and cannot be overridden # 'nonfatal' tags cause autoreject unless overridden # all other tags are ignored (?)
