Hi. I noticed the new upload of version 0.19+20130705-1, but it did
not close this bug. Is there some snag blocking the inclusion of
bedup in btrfs-tools?

require sources of btrfs-tools to build. Because of that, I have a hunch
that you'd prefer to package it yourself -- and if not, it's you
