I've thought a bit about this problem: Simply moving the binaries
to /usr/bin/ won't work as wine32-dev-tools and wine64-dev-tools could
be co-installed currently and this would result in a conflict.
Maybe it would be possible to create a new package wine-dev-tools,
which pulls in on i386
