Well, concerning my network, there is nothing exotic, just an internet
connexion and everything works fine.
Is there any way to force freeciv ti use IPv4 if this is the problem?
Or disable IPv6 on my computer to test if this is the problem.

I tried to remove configuration files (~/.freeciv*) but that did not
solve the problem.
- If I do 'freeciv-server -p 5557',, the server starts normally.
- 'netstat -a --ip' return this, but it doesn't seems helpful :
