It is imperative that lava-coordinator does not simply migrate to the new API, it must support both as backports need to be supported both for Jessie and Trusty. The current change being considered is: https://review.linaro.org/#/c/6661/1/lava-coordinator,cm Please consider this in the other bug reports - there are options for supporting both versions and the new API is not appropriate for all packages to use as the sole version.
