I'm sorry to say your package isn't yet fixed. BTW, looking inside the libemos-data.install file I see share/libemos/tables/bufrtables/*.TXT /usr/share/emos/bufrtables perhaps adding the following line share/libemos/tables/bufrtables/*.distinct /usr/share/emos/bufrtables the problem would be fixed.
