Please remove oggconvert from unstable. Last upstream release is dated 2010, and it seems it has been abandoned (no commits in upstream repo since 2011). #785848 requires porting work which I can't provide at the moment, and nobody stepped in to maintain the package (#755300), so I think removing the package from Debian is the right choice.
