elki and elki-dev depend on default-jre (>= 1.7) | openjdk-7-jre, it would be better to replace openjdk-7-jre with java7-runtime to allow the use of alternative JREs such as the Oracle Java packages generated by java-package. Also, the versionned dependency for default-jre should be (>= 2:1.7), otherwise default-jre 2:1.5 as found on architectures without OpenJDK (currently hurd, sparc64, m68k and hppa) will satisfy the dependency but won't be able to run elki (we really need a Lintian warning about this).
