Convert of `` to $()
- Includes testing now with posh/lksh to verify it works
- Fix pgsql for leaving cruft behind and fail with posh
- Fix TMPDIR for testing: Originaly set a really strange TMPDIR to see if it
causes problems. However, passing pgsql commands via here files fails
because one can't properly escape the command.
- We need /usr/bin because else posh can't find printf
