Please add the following patch to LuaJIT in order to add ppc64le port: https://patch-diff.githubusercontent.com/raw/LuaJIT/LuaJIT/pull/54.patch Patches applied on top of current 2.1.0~beta1+dfsg-2's tarball and it worked. as expected.
