Package: linux-image-amd64 Version: 4.16+93 Severity: normal Dear maintener, from version 4.15, linux support raven ridge gpu, but it need to be enabled in the build config.
I've succed to enable gpu on a AMD Ryzen 2200G, changing this following lines in linux config: # # Display Engine Configuration # CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC=y CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_PRE_VEGA=y CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_FBC=y CONFIG_DRM_AMD_DC_DCN1_0=y # CONFIG_DEBUG_KERNEL_DC is not set Test was made using 4.17-rc4, but should work also with 4.16. I've found the information on https://wiki.gentoo.org/wiki/AMDGPU . Note: it also need updated amdgpu firmware from upstream.
