Package: dnsmasq Version: 2.79-1 Severity: normal Setting ENABLED=0 in /etc/default/dnsmasq does not prevent dnsmasq from starting at boot. It appears that dnsmasq will start at boot regardless of what ENABLED is set to. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing
