Source: trousers Severity: normal Dear Maintainer,
As part of bug 918973 there was a request to create a common udev rules package for TPM 1.2 and TPM2.0 tpm* devices. This was created as the package 'tpm-udev' which is now in the Debian archive. 'tpm2-tss' now uses this to provide udev rules. Can you please transition trousers to also use this new package to provide udev rules so that users don't have duplicated rule sets? -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers eoan-updates APT policy: (500, 'eoan-updates'), (500, 'eoan-security'), (500, 'eoan'), (100, 'eoan-backports') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 5.3.0+ (SMP w/8 CPU cores; PREEMPT) Kernel taint flags: TAINT_WARN Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /usr/bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system)
