Followup-For: Bug #980692
There's no actual close tag for the BTS Control server, so it didn't
close the bug from the control line. I think we need to use the
980692-d...@bugs.debian.org address to close the bug if the tag was
missing in the changelog.

The entry below was dropped from debian/changelog and I think it's the
reason why the BTS thinks this bug is not fixed in 2021.08.1+dfsg-2 in
unstable.
