It seems that package gpick is still using lua5.2. According to https://www.lua.org/versions.html , the last version of lua5.2 is released in 2015 and there will be no further releases. Please consider switching to a newer lua implementation. According to https://github.com/thezbyg/gpick/blob/master/CMakeLists.txt , package gpick support either lua5.3 or lua5.4.
